Can I call in my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make changes once an order has been placed. You may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been processed.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your shipment status anytime, by the tracking code which we give to you.


We accept the following payment cards: Visa (including Visa Debit), Maestro and MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Please note that when paying by debit or credit card we currently only take payment in EUR. 

What’s your Return & Exchange Policy?

You can return or exchange your order via 14 working days from the delivery. You can contact us by e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, Viber, or mobile phone and tell us about the situation, so we can arrange what you need.
